0RS210-1.5L, 0RS210-5L HS FAST CLEAR COAT
Characteristics:
High solid content clear coat with excellent flow and increased scratch resistance. It is also characterized by a high degree of hardness, UV resistance (does not yellow), and resistance to chemical and climatic factors. Intended for application in spray booths on waterborne and solvent-based base coats using a spray gun.
Usage:
Measure the A + B mixture by volume: 100 parts by volume of lacquer (A) and 50 parts by volume of hardener (B), then mix thoroughly. Apply with a spray gun with a 1.3 mm nozzle, in two normal layers with a 10-minute break for solvent evaporation before applying the next layer.
NOTE: Drying the product at ambient temperature extends the standard curing time.
To improve the gloss effect, it is recommended to use Top Gloss Additive in an amount up to 5% vol. on component A.
